1. The National Recovery Plan: Irish & Gaeltacht From reading the first national plan published yesterday (the plan itself but acoimire Irish English), it is clear that the government is sticking kitchen showrooms to the capital kitchen showrooms cuts set out in the Report of the Financial Department in July:

Reduction is EUR6.5 million grant also TG4 RTE but the amount will be paid in addition to TG4 from income they receive from television license (as recommended by An Bord Snip Nua). 2. 20 Year Strategy for the Irish Language
A meeting of the Cabinet Committee on November 17 took place on the final draft of the strategy accordingly reports but no information has emerged about the identity of the changes made to the Draft Strategy. It is the Minister Carey said that the strategy approved by the Government kitchen showrooms before the end of the year and published early in the New Year. There was debate in the Dáil on the Strategy on 18 November. Expressed strong support for the strategy and we are grateful to all parties for the following cross-party support.
