Preparation
Clean the smelts: cutting away excess fat and bits of bone. Cover with plastic film on and beat the meat is tender with a rolling pin. Season each piece of meat with a lot kebab spices. Cut into fine strips. Heat corn oil in a pan and fry the meat. Some spice to the kebab spices.
Bake the fries for a second time at 180 C. Place the fries on the bottom of the metal trays, and on top of the meat. Top with a slice of cheese and put in the oven under the grill for five minutes.
