At the request of a friend we made a kitchen linky knife stolen from Japanese culture. We decided to show the whole manufacturing process. Enjoy. We started with a piece of shirt bearing well in hot forging. I apaltizat easy bar and I did tip. I sectioned piece of material linky needed linky to make the knife. I stretched stem which goes into the handle and blade I thinned. That show was finished after forging the blade.
After some grinding and forming linky blade. After quenching and tempering. After polishing. linky Small spots on the blade were left intentionally, I received comments on the lack of wrought aspect. And the pictures of the finished product. Pack of cigarettes is to report.
