For the month of May and June, I prepared a workshop Gourmet under counter lighting Fresh spring - summer cleansing recipes using seasonal ingredients (especially fruits and vegetables) that our bodies are cleaned and fed, and help clean toxins and losing excess kilogramov.Vse ingredients are from plant origin and are grown organically. Also, they will be prepared by gentle procedures, in order to retain under counter lighting the dishes all the nutrients, vitamins, minerals, and natural dyes. At the workshop you will learn how to prepare: very tasty juices anti-cellulite and detox juices, prepared with cold procedures (very suitable for spring cleaning the body) and refreshing smoothie-it (granite smoothie) cold avocado and corn soup spring rolls with mango and sweet-and-sour tamari sauce raw and vegan sushi, crispy garlic bruschetta with tomato spread of the dried sexy salads (rukolina salad with avocado, red orange, fennel mustard in dressingu and spring salad with wasabi / beetroot dressing) refreshing vegetable skewers under counter lighting and raw kelp noodles and pumpkin raw food herb cheese with crackers refreshing strawberry cake with almond ice cream refreshing under counter lighting fruit sorbet and more!

All ingredients used and the recipes are plant based and grown organically, with gentle under counter lighting food preparation and order to mantain all the Nutrients.
